At OPNFLOW LLC, we stand behind our product. If you're not satisfied, we want to make it right. This Refund Policy explains your options clearly and without fine print.
All paid OPNFLOW subscription plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first paid charge. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount, or unauthorized transaction), contact us within 60 days. We will investigate and issue a correction promptly if a billing error is confirmed.
Cancel any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund outside the 30-day guarantee. Your account remains active until the current period ends, then reverts to the free tier or deactivates.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the credit.
Annual plan refunds are available within the first 30 days only. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable. We strongly recommend starting with a monthly plan or free trial before committing annually.
Refund terms for Enterprise customers are governed by the signed contract between OPNFLOW LLC and the customer. Contact your account manager for details.
