These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products, services, and website provided by OPNFLOW LLC ("OPNFLOW," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any portion of our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

OPNFLOW provides a cloud-based SaaS platform for workflow automation, business analytics, team collaboration, integrations, and AI-assisted operations management. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To access paid features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration
• Maintain the security of your credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Take responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Subscriptions & Billing

OPNFLOW offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal
• Price changes are communicated at least 30 days in advance
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with full platform access. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using paid features.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Transmit spam, malware, or malicious content
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of our platform
• Resell or sublicense our Services without written consent
• Upload illegal, defamatory, or infringing content

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and intellectual property on the OPNFLOW platform remain the exclusive property of OPNFLOW LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for internal business purposes. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload; by uploading, you grant OPNFLOW a limited license to use it solely to deliver the Services.

8. Privacy

Your use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPNFLOW LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to OPNFLOW in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OPNFLOW LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. OPNFLOW may terminate your account immediately for material breach. Upon termination, your access ceases and data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
